The SM40 Hammer Hydraulic Post Driver with Skidsteer Mount can be used to drive anything from t-posts up to railroad ties. The grapple allows the operator to pick up and drive the post from the operator seat. The tilt feature accommodates driving a post on non-level and uneven areas. Includes an integrated post puller and hoses with flat faced couplers. Also includes factory installed weight kit. The Hammer DOES NOT operate with springs, hydraulic cylinder, or return line. Grapple option can be added to any model for a true one-person operation (does not include t-posts). The grapple option will allow the operator to grab the post off the ground, load it into the machine, and drive it in the ground without leaving the skid-steer seat. Tilt option allows up to 20° left or right. The hammer weight is 300 lb. from the factory. Additional weight can be added for a total of 500 lb.
